Free in-store pickup
Order online, pick up at our store. No shipping fees.
- • Ready in 2–4 hours during store hours.
- • We'll email you when it's ready.
- • Held for 7 days from the ready time.
Local delivery
Delivered to your address within our service area.
- • Standard: 1–2 business days.
- • Flat $5.99 fee on orders under $50.
- • Free delivery on orders $50+.
Delivery area
We deliver locally within a 15-mile radius of our Springfield store. During checkout, we'll let you know if your address is outside this range. Outside the area, in-store pickup is still available.
Order timing
- • Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.
- • Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sunday start the next business day.
- • You'll get a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships or is ready for pickup.
