Not quite right? Most items can be returned within 30 days of pickup or delivery.
How returns work
- Email returns@babycare.example with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a return label or pickup instructions.
- Drop the package at any postal carrier, or bring it to the store during open hours.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Eligible
- • Unopened items in original packaging.
- • Clothing with tags still attached.
- • Returned within 30 days of receipt.
Not eligible
- • Opened baby formula, food, or diapers.
- • Used or washed clothing.
- • Items marked final sale.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
